As with Galdregons Domain, please try installing from an alternative drive. Terrys Big Adventure was done 18 years ago (!!), was a game that didn't sell well and is unlikely to have a revised edition. Your disk should have a volume name of "TBA" and it should be an AmigaDOS disk with a file called "TBA" on it with a size of 292152 bytes. Try copying the "TBA" file into RAM: or onto your hard drive, if it copies fine then maybe you have a different version and you should send me that file, but if the details match with what I told you, you have a broken disk. |

Hi GalahadFLT, my discdrive is fine, I have DF0, DF1, DF2 and DF3 and made a lot of images for stingray, cfou and JOTD, but as you wrote I tried another one. No success. My version is completly different to yours. My disc has a overall protection, only bootsector is uncryptet. My version is a "not a dos disc". It's the first release in the UK version. The installer needs a update to support that version otherwise it won't work. Have many thanks for your work, best reguards, Chris |

OK, that does indeed sound like an unsupported version. So if you can use MFMWarp to image your disk, no special options, just READ and send me resulting MFM file to galahadfairlight@yahoo.co.uk Thanks |
