Random crash-quit on launch with WHDLoad 18.3+ and 040.

NOAUTOVEC option seems to mitigate the issue and the game will always start as expected.

I remember that there's a kind of race condition in the game startup. I had to change things in CD32load to make this work. I'll install a default keyboard handler just to absorb keypresses at start. That'll work.
